By downloading, registering, or using the Petite Pilates mobile app or website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app or services.

2. User Account Creation

To access certain features, users may need to create an account and provide the following information:

• Email

• Phone Number

• Mailing Address

• Birthdate

• Emergency Contact Name

• Emergency Contact Phone Number

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

3. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Petite Pilates app. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. Services Offered

Through our mobile app and website, Petite Pilates offers:

• Booking for group and private Pilates classes

• Purchase of class packs and memberships

• Registration for special events and workshops

• Access to future content and features (coming soon)

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made securely through PayPal and major credit cards. While there are currently no subscription fees, you may choose to purchase class packs or attend paid events. All transactions are processed in USD.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Follow all studio policies, including arriving on time and respecting others

• Cancel any class bookings at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged

• Use the app and website lawfully and ethically

7. Liability Waiver

Participation in Pilates and fitness classes involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By using the app and participating in any class or event, you agree to voluntarily assume all risks and release Petite Pilates from any liability related to injuries or damages that may occur.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You must cancel any booked class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Petite Pilates website and app—including logos, text, images, and future on-demand video content—is the property of Petite Pilates and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the app, you consent to receiving communications (emails, push notifications, etc.) related to confirmations, cancellations, promotions, and studio updates. You can opt out at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Petite Pilates services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modification of Terms

Petite Pilates reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and may also be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app or website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
